Cà Kể was born out of a deep love for good coffee. What began as a personal quest for the perfect cup blossomed into a dream: to become a roaster and create a brand that offers a truly immersive and delightful coffee experience – from sourcing the finest beans globally to showcasing Vietnam's unique coffee treasures.
It's tough to definitively say what flavor is "good" or "standard" because it all comes down to individual taste and perception. Therefore, to serve truly great coffee, Cà Kể needs to understand and personalize each customer's experience.
To craft multi-layered flavor profiles in our coffee, Cà Kể has meticulously standardized and controlled every step of the process, from harvesting and initial processing to temperature-controlled storage, roasting, and preservation.
